Primrose and Daffodil

Primrose (black and white) and Daffodil (tabby) arrived together into our care a few weeks ago. Dirty, hungry and desperately needing rescue, our thanks go to the member of public who alerted us to their plight and to our wonderful volunteer Jo for bringing them in safely.

Whilst we don’t believe they are related, we have kept them together as they arrived - they do get along well in each other’s company and  this has developed further over the last few weeks.  They do still have the odd hiss but it amounts to nothing - we can see they’re comfortable with each other and there is a level of connection there.

Vets believe Primrose to be around 10 months old and Daffodil just over 12 months, both little dots weight wise.

Since being in our care they have both been spayed, microchipped, flea and worm treated and had their first vaccines – so they’re now ready for their forever home(s).

Our preference would be for them to be rehomed as a pair, however, it’s unlikely they will cuddle up to each other as they independently choose to occupy different areas of their double cabin space and are very independent.

We would therefore consider separate homes, should suitable ones arise, as they aren’t a truly bonded pair and we feel they would manage singularly, although we will judge this on a case by case basis.

The girls are both incredibly fussy, friendly and absolutely adore human interaction. They are playful, fun and a joy to have around. We know these girls will be snapped up the moment they are lucky enough to secure a meet and greet. They are just so very special indeed.

If you are in search of two gentle little souls who truly are deserving of a loving home, please do get in touch by completing our application form.

Please note with the increase in cost of veterinary treatment we now require adopters to take out relevant insurance - we will provide more information during the adoption process. Every cat deserves the opportunity to be provided with the required veterinary treatment should they need it during times of illness or injury.
